🎯 Requirements

5+ years building complex backend systems with Node.js/TypeScript
Experience owning a product's full lifecycle
Designing large-scale distributed systems
High-quality code, testing, and documentation
AWS or other public clouds
Kafka, Redis, ElasticSearch, MySQL experience
Strong communication and problem solving
