📋 Description

• Lead CMD extraction: migrate Content Management Domain from Ruby to Go via strangler pattern.
\n
• Design proto-first API contracts (e.g., v2/GetPlacements) and SLOs.
\n
• Design composable content architecture with React components and Liquid templates.
\n
• Expose Page Builder as MCP endpoints for AI agents to manage pages end-to-end.
\n
• Drive cross-team architecture with API contracts and migrations across CMD surface.
\n
• Mentor engineers and elevate team standards; promote AI-assisted development.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• 5+ years of professional software engineering.
\n
• Backend experience in Go, Ruby, Java or similar.
\n
• Proven record designing/leading large-scale projects.
\n
• Experience building high-throughput, low-latency services with formal SLOs.
\n
• Experience with platform-focused API design: gRPC/Protobuf, GraphQL, REST.
\n
• Ability to drive technical decisions across teams and lead design reviews.
\n
• Experience mentoring engineers and elevating technical standards.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
\n
