Senior Software Engineer II - Match Success

📋 Description

• Own core marketplace systems end-to-end, including backend services and data inputs
• Improve reliability, performance, and observability of the marketplace
• Build personalized marketplace experiences, including matching, search, and recommendations
• Partner with Product and Data Science to translate goals into designs and plans
• Diagnose and resolve data quality, performance, and correctness issues
• Enable robust A/B testing and analysis workflows for safe experimentation

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering with ownership of production systems
• Strong backend experience (Python preferred), service design and data modeling
• Experience building or operating systems with reliability and performance
• Data-driven mindset with experimentation, measurement, and optimization
• Ability to operate in ambiguous spaces and bring structure and clarity
• Product-minded; understand how decisions impact UX and business outcomes
