🎯 Requirements

8+ years delivering scalable software solutions.
Proven track record delivering large-scale, highly available systems.
Deep Kubernetes expertise: controllers, operators, multi-cluster, multi-cloud.
Strong Go proficiency for production-grade distributed systems.
Experience with multi-tenant architectures, security isolation.
Familiarity with gRPC, Protobuf, and API design.
