🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of production systems
- Strong backend engineering experience (Python preferred), including service design and data modeling
- Reliability, data quality, and performance are critical in systems you build or operate
- Highly data-driven mindset, comfortable with experimentation, measurement, and optimization
- Able to operate in ambiguous spaces and bring structure and clarity
- Product-minded approach with understanding of tech decisions' impact on UX and outcomes
