🎯 Requirements

5+ years backend systems in production.
Proficiency in Java/Go/Python/C/C++ and system design fundamentals.
Distributed systems, data pipelines, consistency, and observability.
Public cloud with Docker/Kubernetes and modern deployment.
SQL/NoSQL databases; data modeling and scale.
Technical leadership and cross-team coordination; BS/MS/PhD or equivalent.
