Senior Software Engineer II AI-Native, Mobile, Developer Experience

📋 Description

• Design and build platform-level test infra for iOS and Android that runs continuously.
• Apply AI-driven failure classification to reduce noise and speed fixes.
• Partner with the AI Native platform team to ship new AI-native skills.
• Build and maintain in-app instrumentation for mobile performance and test telemetry.
• Design data pipelines feeding quality signals into dashboards and AI analysis.
• Own infrastructure to baseline, monitor, and debug mobile API behavior in CI.
• Collaborate with Mobile, Backend, and Release Eng to embed AI-native quality practices.
• Contribute to the rollout of agentic quality automation and shared workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Track record delivering complex, production-grade software outcomes.
• Genuine fluency directing AI agents: decompose, delegate, and validate.
• Across the stack: mobile instrumentation, backend pipelines, CI/CD, tooling.
• Ability to make good decisions quickly under ambiguity.
• Judgment on AI-generated artifacts; maintain a consistent quality bar.
• Experience with MCP, LLM tools, or agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AWS Bedrock).
