Senior Software Engineer II AI-Native, backend Growth

📋 Description

• Design and build API/services for payments and subscribers
• Build across the full stack for tens of millions of users
• Use Claude Code to design, code, test with AI as collaborator
• Define AI-Native engineering practices for the Growth team
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to solve user problems
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years backend software engineering
• Java and Spring Boot proficiency
• Kafka or similar distributed streaming platforms
• Distributed systems concepts: consistency, fault tolerance, replication
• AWS and containerized deployments
• AI-native workflows and agentic tooling usage
