🎯 Requirements

5+ years of software development experience.
Strong Python or similar language experience.
Experience designing authentication/identity systems.
Familiar with security/privacy concerns in identity data.
Comfort with data storage, modeling, and reliability trade-offs.
Experience shipping consumer-facing features with quality UX.
