Senior Software Engineer I, Design Systems & Accessibility (Remote)

📋 Description

• Expand and maintain the Luna design system with reusable components.
• Write platform docs to enable self-service support and clarity for engineers.
• Consult and advise internal product teams on Luna adoption and accessibility best practices.
• Drive department-wide A11Y program by refining accessibility standards and remediations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and PMs to understand use cases.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software bugs, diagnosing platform-level hurdles.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing web-based applications
• Enterprise-scale platform experience in large codebases.
• A11Y proficiency with WCAG 2.2, keyboard, screen reader, color contrast.
• Modern JS framework experience (Ember, React, Angular, or Vue).
• TypeScript and Node.js; REST/JSON APIs.
• Testing: Unit, Integration, and E2E testing.
