🎯 Requirements

5+ years of hands-on software engineering in backend/full-stack
Bachelor's and/or Master/PhD in CS or equivalent experience
Experience with Java and/or Kotlin
Focus on efficiency, availability, and system quality
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Mentorship of junior developers
