Write or review designs; align tradeoffs; coordinate regional dependencies.
Build production code and services with testing, docs, instrumentation, and reliability.
Run design and code reviews; advise engineers; drive consistent engineering standards.
Own delivery: track risks; coordinate launches including localization.

🎯 Requirements

Fluency in English required.
Japanese or Korean working proficiency a plus.
6+ years hands-on software engineering experience shipping production systems.
Strong knowledge of large-scale backend architecture and distributed systems patterns.
Ability to drive ambiguous problems to resolution with independent execution.
Strong programming skills in Java, Kotlin, Python, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript/TypeScript.
