Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack | Node.js & React | AI Focus)

📋 Description

• Build and maintain full-stack apps using TypeScript, Node.js, and React
• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs
• Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling and query optimization
• Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions using AWS (ECS preferred)
• Own features end-to-end (design → development → production)
• Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience
• Use AI tools to accelerate development and enhance workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Must have: 5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering
• Must have: Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React
• Must have: Experience building and shipping complex features in production systems
• Must have: Proven track record of owning and delivering technical initiatives end-to-end
• Must have: Experience contributing to 0→1 product development
• Must have: Experience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Must have: Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred, ECS is a plus)
• Must have: Proficiency using AI tools in daily development workflows
• Must have: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Must have: Passion or interest in improving mental healthcare outcomes
• Nice to Have: HIPAA-regulated healthcare or fintech environments
• Nice to Have: Experience integrating AI/ML solutions in production
