Contribute to and influence architecture in a TS full-stack (Node.js + React)
Own complex features end-to-end (design → development → production)
Build scalable apps with Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS ECS
Collaborate with Product, Design, Clinical teams to translate workflows into solutions
Improve reliability, performance, and developer experience
Support engineers via code reviews and collaboration
Actively use AI tools to boost development workflows

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of full-stack engineering in production
Strong TS, Node.js, and React experience
Relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)
Cloud environments (AWS, ECS)
Proven track record owning features end-to-end
Experience contributing to 0 → 1 product development
