📋 Description

• Iterate on features in agile manner using Scala and React, plus GCP/OpenAPI.
• Decide how to build core systems in a microservices architecture.
• Ship first code in days, iterating on features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow and learn.
• Execute on big opportunities to drive Hopper's travel fintech forward.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of distributed systems and performance impact.
• Experience with Scala and/or React and libraries.
• Prior cloud experience.
• UX design experience using Figma.
• Ability to work with minimal guidance and handle ambiguity.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Product, Data Scientists, Frontend Engineers, etc.
