🎯 Requirements
- BS or MS in CS or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years in software development, focused on framework or infrastructure work
- Strong Go (Golang) expertise; experience building frameworks/tools
- Kotlin/Java (Spring Boot) or other backends (C#, Python, TS) a plus
- Knowledge of SOA and event-driven architectures (gRPC/REST/messaging)
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, observability, and performance tuning
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication and collaboration with customers
