Iterate quickly, build features end-to-end, including architecture, coding, and tests.
Be adaptable, collaborating in a fast-paced, agile team.
Tackle diverse technical issues across the stack; contribute to code and docs.
Contribute to coding standards, tech debt refinement, and security monitoring.
Participate in interviewing and onboarding; help refine processes.

🎯 Requirements

Strong Ruby on Rails experience or MVC framework; design scalable, incremental solutions.
Comfort across the stack: backend, databases, and light frontend.
Experience with React and Vue.js.
SQL DB experience: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite.
Deployments to Heroku, AWS, or similar.
5+ years of hands-on development experience.
