Senior Software Engineer – Feature Flags (Rust)

📋 Description

• Develop high-performance SDKs across a variety of languages and platforms, with a Rust-based core
• Contribute to the OpenFeature ecosystem and surrounding open-source projects
• Design and implement systems for advanced experimentation models (mutual exclusion, holdouts, contextual multi-armed bandits)
• Architect global systems for distributing feature flag configurations and evaluating at low latency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate feature flagging with Datadog's observability and AI-assisted development products
