• Own access-layer systems: API logic, rate limiting, pagination, RBAC, versioning, observability.

• Collaborate across teams to align infrastructure and GA readiness.
• Contribute to engineering excellence and on-call readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building and operating production APIs with REST and GraphQL.
• AWS (API Gateway), Docker, and Kubernetes experience.
• Neo4j or graph DBs; auth, rate limiting, permissions, and observability.
• Strong fundamentals: maintainable, well-tested code and clear design tradeoffs.
• Collaborative, growth-focused; thrives in cross-functional environments; builds infrastructure for the public good.
