🎯 Requirements
- Source-code level experience with distributed DBs or storage systems.
- Strong programming skills in Go or Rust; willingness to use Go.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems: Raft/Paxos, replication, MVCC.
- Experience debugging large codebases under correctness constraints.
- Familiarity with LSM-tree engines: RocksDB/LevelDB/Pebble.
- Experience with infra tooling and monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana; analytics: Clickhouse.
