Senior Software Engineer (DevOps)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end CI/CD workflows from commit to production.
• Evolve 1-Click deployment to be reliable, auditable, DR-ready.
• Implement progressive delivery (blue/green, canary, feature flags) with health checks.
• Design scalable, cost-efficient build infra (self-hosted runners, caching).
• Establish guardrails and policy as code (RBAC, secrets, SBOM, OPA).
• Drive reliability via SLOs, runbooks and incident response.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building/operating CI/CD and Kubernetes-based platforms in cloud environments.
• Strong in GitHub Actions (or equivalent), IaC (Terraform), and Kubernetes deployment patterns.
• Solid coding ability in Go or Python for platform automation/services.
• Deep understanding of release safety (progressive delivery, rollback strategy, verification gates).
• Experience with production observability and SLOs.
• Strong incident response and post-incident improvement mindset.
• Excellent collaboration and enablement skills with product teams.
