🎯 Requirements

5+ years of server-side Java development with Spring
Experience with high-performance PostgreSQL or MySQL
REST API design experience
Caching, asynchronous processing, and multi-threading
Design patterns, scalability, security, and OO principles
Fast-paced teams with CI, testing tools, and deployment practices
Strong cross-functional communication
