📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain core tools and libraries for devs, incl. CI/CD
• Define golden paths for service building and essential components
• Participate in architectural discussions to align on best practices
• Provide feedback to improve workflows and system reliability
• Communicate complex tech topics and advocate for DevEx initiatives
• Manage small to mid-size projects with limited guidance

🎯 Requirements

• CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, databases, REST APIs
• 5+ years backend; Ruby (preferred), Go, Python
• Focus on developer experience and tooling optimization
• Strong ownership and proactive mindset
• Collaborative, mentorship, and knowledge sharing
• Architecture, domain modeling, OO design; clean, tested code
