Senior Software Engineer, Developer Experience

📋 Description

• Set technical direction for DevEx platform subsystems; lead multi-quarter initiatives.
• Design and build core services powering developer productivity.
• Architect and evolve our agentic developer platform.
• Build for real scale across 40+ data centers.
• Mentor Senior I and mid-level engineers; own design reviews.
• Lead post-mortems and drive continuous DevEx improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering focused on production platforms or dev tooling.
• Strong systems design; distributed services, event-driven APIs.
• Proficiency in Go or Python with production experience shipping cloud-native services.
• Deep experience with Kubernetes; design platform services at the cluster level.
• Experience with or interest in LLM-integrated developer tooling.
• Proven track record setting technical direction and scalable decisions.
