5+ years building and operating large-scale distributed systems or infrastructure platforms.
Strong CS fundamentals: distributed systems, memory management, networking.
Proficient in Java, Kotlin, or Go; hands-on with Kafka, Flink, Spark, Kubernetes.
Ownership mindset: 0-1 ownership from design to production stability.
Curiosity & Impact: motivated to explore AI/ML infra and real-time systems.
