Design, build, and operate self-serve ETL/ELT for batch and streaming
Own pipeline reliability, data quality SLAs, and schema evolution
Define data platform roadmap; set integration standards for teams
Collaborate with Product Eng, Data Science, Analytics, and Marketing on data contracts
Architect data lineage, registry, and access controls for governance
Own platform monitoring, alerts, and incident resolution

🎯 Requirements

5+ years building data infrastructure in production
Strong system design skills with trade-offs
Metrics for data pipelines and partner visibility
Proficiency in Python or Java/Kotlin
Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift)
Streaming tech experience (Kafka, Flink, or Kinesis)
