Design, implement, and own data-intensive, high-performance platform components
Collaborate with engineering teams and partners on project design and implementation
Lead and participate in design reviews, code reviews, analysis, and performance tuning
Coach and mentor engineers to scale the organization
Debug production issues across services and stack levels

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of software development experience
Proficient in at least one backend language (Java or TypeScript)
Experience with MySQL, Redis, or PostgreSQL
Strong CS fundamentals and API design skills
Comfortable working with a distributed team; ownership and customer focus
Track record delivering incremental solutions
Comfortable with React or similar front-end stacks; willing to learn
