🎯 Requirements
- 4–7 years of software engineering, shipping production systems end-to-end
- Backend services, data pipelines, and API design; able to discuss systems you built
- Data pipelines/warehouse: ETL/ELT, schema design, normalization
- Production experience with LLMs: prompts, model integration, and validation
- AI-assisted/agentic development workflows; evaluate outputs critically
- AWS data infrastructure; Redshift experience a plus
