- Experience building customer-facing products.
- Strong ability to explain tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborates across Product, Design, GTM, Sales, and Analytics.
- Deep systems thinking for maintainability and observability.
- Excellent communication; able to drive projects autonomously.
