Senior Software Engineer, Custody

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain custody systems across multiple blockchains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, compliance, and infrastructure to define system architecture and technical requirements.
• Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our services through best practices in software design, testing, and deployment.
• Optimize existing issuance infrastructure to enhance performance, reduce latency, and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Golang or Java; Kotlin, Rust, Python, or C++ valued.
• CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, distributed systems.
• Cloud-native: Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, AWS.
• Strong debugging in production environments.
• Excellent collaboration; cross-functional teamwork; high-throughput/trading exp a plus.
