Senior Software Engineer, Cluster Orchestration

📋 Description

• Own several services in the cluster orchestration platform.
• Lead design and code reviews for orchestration components.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and drive reliability improvements.
• Mentor IC1/IC2 engineers and guide projects.
• Ensure throughput, latency, and resilience of systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years building distributed systems or cloud services.
• Strong Go; Python or C++ a plus.
• Production experience running Kubernetes at scale.
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
• Proven ability to improve reliability via metrics (P95/P99).
