Senior Software Engineer, Care Experience

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate core components of Support Tech platforms for customers and agents.
• Own backend services, workflows, and integrations for chat, voice, and agent channels.
• Contribute to reliability, performance, and scalability of critical systems.
• Partner with product, design, AI, and operations to translate complex workflows into software.
• Develop and integrate AI-driven capabilities for support workflows using third-party APIs.
• Participate in technical design and architecture discussions; help shape team direction.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering building production systems with Java or Kotlin.
• Experience designing and operating APIs and services for customer-facing or internal tools.
• Proficient with AI tooling such as Cursor, Claude, and MCP servers.
• Proven ability to own complex features end-to-end from design through production.
• Experience shipping and operating business-critical systems with reliability and performance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical partners.
