Senior Software Engineer – C++ and C#

📋 Description

• End-to-End development of Vantage features and services (OCR pipelines, API layers)
• Code quality: write clean, tested code and participate in reviews
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, UX, ML engineers
• Continuous improvement: reduce technical debt and improve delivery
• System reliability: monitor health and resolve production incidents
• Technical growth: stay current with Document AI, cloud-native patterns

🎯 Requirements

• 5-9 years of professional software engineering with C#/.NET and C++
• CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps
• Strong knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, cloud-native patterns
• Track record delivering high-quality, testable code
• Strong analytical and debugging skills across distributed systems
• Experience with Azure cloud (AKS, Storage, Key Vault, Azure SQL)
• Experience designing workflow-driven systems (orchestration, retries, timeouts)
• Experience integrating ML/LLMs into enterprise apps
• Familiarity with OCR, NLP and computer vision
• Comfort working with globally distributed teams
