🎯 Requirements
- Master's or PhD in CS/Math/Stats or equivalent.
- 8+ years hands-on engineering with ML/AI leadership.
- Strong ML/stat modeling: clustering, classification, regression, NN, SVMs.
- Production ML/AI systems: LLMs, RAG, embeddings, retrieval, multi-agent design.
- Experience training/deploying models for ranking, prediction, NLP.
- Demonstrated technical leadership; ads/marketplaces/e-commerce a plus.
