Mentor engineers via pairing, design reviews, feedback.
Decompose problems, create roadmaps, deliver iteratively toward quarterly goals.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years building and scaling modern web apps.
JS/TS, HTML/CSS, and React; state, accessibility, performance.
Proven track record leading end-to-end projects and shipping features.
Frontend architecture design and API integration skills.
Proficient with testing (Jest, Playwright/WebDriverIO) and CI/CD.
Growth mindset with ownership and outcomes; English proficiency.
