🎯 Requirements

5+ years of software development; proficient in Golang, Kotlin, Rust, Java, C++, Python.
Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, distributed system design.
Familiarity with cloud-native tools: Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, AWS.
Ability to write high-quality, maintainable, well-documented code.
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Experience with blockchain tech, smart contracts, or cryptographic principles is a plus.
