🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years software engineering with production AI/ML.
- 2+ years hands-on LLM experience (fine-tuning, prompts, embeddings, RAG).
- Strong Python and at least one of TypeScript, Go, or Java.
- LangChain or LangGraph experience.
- PyTorch or TensorFlow proficiency.
- Production ML at scale with low latency.
- Strong SQL and data pipelines; API design (REST/GraphQL) and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- BS in CS or equivalent; cross-functional collaboration and communication.
