🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years industry experience
- Prior real-world experience and demonstrable knowledge in Java, Kotlin, Scala, Python, Go, Rust, C++, or C#
- Ability to toggle between executing on company-defined priorities and self-defined goals
- Great at collaborating and influencing technical direction on aspects not directly within your control
- Able to communicate well with cross functional partners such as Legal, Customer Support, Experience Design, etc.
- Skilled at managing initiatives with ambiguous or rapidly shifting requirements
- Able to contribute to the enrichment of the general engineering culture of the wider organization
- Experience with Tax, Compliance, Finance, or similar domains highly desirable
