Senior Software Engineer, Backend (Streaming Infrastructure)

📋 Description

• Own and deliver quarterly goals; lead engineers through ambiguity.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years designing and launching backend systems at scale with Python or Kotlin.
• Distributed systems experience with AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes.
• Experience with Confluent Platform (Schema Registry, Tableflow) is a strong plus.
• Expertise with Spark, Samza, Flink or Beam.
• Define technical plans for major features with simple, extensible design.
• Strong communication; collaborate with global teams and show ownership.
