Design, build, and operate low-latency indexing/streaming services on gRPC and Kafka
Own APIs, schemas, SLOs, observability, and on-call for the systems you run
Lead multi-month initiatives to improve latency, reliability, and cost
Partner across teams to define data contracts and ship SDKs/platform primitives

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in software engineering
Strong in distributed systems or data systems; crypto experience is a plus
Architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact
Passion for indexing platform bridging Web3 and Web2
