- Hands-on with AWS services (EKS, Aurora RDS, ElastiCache, DynamoDB)
- CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions), Git, and automation practices
- Comfort working on a globally distributed team with ownership and strong stakeholder communication
- Observability/monitoring with Datadog
