• Own backend services and APIs end to end

• 7+ years backend software engineering with ownership
• Deep backend skills: service design, data modeling, API development
• Experience building reliable, scalable data systems
• Experience using AI-assisted dev tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
• Data-driven with experimentation and metrics
• Product-minded; tech decisions impact user and business outcomes
