🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering for cloud-native backends
- B.Sc / M.Sc in CS or equivalent practical experience
- Design, build, implement, and operate complex distributed storage projects
- Proficient in a modern compiled language (Go, Java, C#, C++, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Desire to collaborate and mentor engineers
- Curious, collaborative, empathetic, and honest
- Passion for solving problems and learning in CS/SE
