🎯 Requirements

- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
- Expertise in asynchronous processing and queueing (SQS, Kafka, Pulsar).
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to write design docs and RFCs; mentor others.
- Ability to own incidents, drive root-cause analysis, and prevent recurrence.
