🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years of engineering experience in backend, distributed, or core platform development.
- Proficiency in Java, Rust, C/C++, or Python with a systems-level programming emphasis.
- Extensive experience with streaming data platforms such as Apache Kafka and Debezium.
- Extensive experience with relational data modeling and at least one SQL database (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Exposure to JavaScript and React is a plus.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and their time and space complexity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Cloud-native distributed systems experience (e.g., Kubernetes).
