🎯 Requirements

7+ years of software development experience, or 5+ years with an advanced degree
Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, or Python
Experience architecting large-scale APIs, data pipelines, and cross-team integrations
Comfortable working across the backend stack
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
