📋 Description

• Evolve and scale a simulation/validation platform for Brex AI products.
• Build evaluation mechanisms to detect regressions and edge cases.
• Run continuous testing in production-like environments and set quality gates.
• Partner with product engineering to improve testability and robustness.
• Define AI feature quality standards using simulation-driven insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and owning complex software systems with critical correctness and reliability.
• Experience designing test, simulation, or validation systems for non-deterministic environments.
• Strong systems thinking with ability to decompose complex problems.
• Ability to influence product architecture through quality, reliability, and launch-readiness constraints.
• Comfort operating with authority and cross-team influence to raise the quality bar.
