• Own Brex's AI simulation and validation platform.

• Experience building complex software systems where reliability and failure modes matter.
• Experience designing test/simulation/validation for non-deterministic or high-stakes env.
• Strong systems thinking; decompose complex problems and reduce complexity.
• Ability to influence product architecture for quality and launch readiness.
• Comfort with cross-team influence; block launches to raise quality.
