🎯 Requirements

6+ years of production software experience
Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to learn new tech
Hands-on search engineering experience with OpenSearch/Elasticsearch
Experience with embeddings and ML for search and retrieval
Experience in Applied AI roles is a plus
