Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native), Circle Expansion

📋 Description

• Design and build features for aging parents, pre-teens, and community groups.
• Work with AI as a first-class collaborator to generate specs, code, tests, and reviews.
• Help define and codify AI-Native engineering practices for Circle Expansion.
• Build across the full stack to deliver scalable experiences to millions of users.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to turn complex problems into scalable solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and a culture of craft.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building high quality, consumer-scale software products.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience prompting, evaluating, and building with LLMs.
• Strong mobile development in iOS or Android; web/backend with Java, Kubernetes, AWS is valued.
• Deep experience with agentic workflows, prompt engineering, context window management, and MCP/function calling.
• Proven ability to use AI tooling to multiply output and act as a development partner.
• Strong communication and collaboration with product, design, and platform engineers.
